I have not seen this animated film, but I have read about it and I seem to visualise it as a sort of Animal Farm snorts coke and lightens up with some fun??? I must make a mental note to see this one.
Wallace and Grommet are very clever, and I am sure Barnyard will be just as good, so that is a recommendation from who was it had this marvellous idea, sorry I forget?

Hi!
That would be Conductor 71!
You can probably tell she’s a bit of a P&P fan!
Yeah, A Matter of Life & Death – that’s the one with David Niven doing his gorgeous Neo-Romantic Warrior Poet thing – and there’s that escalator descending from the cool monochrome of Heaven to the full colour earthly realm. It’s a wonderful and very beautiful film.
"One iz starved for Technicolour up zer!"
(Read aloud using a bad French accent, sil vous plait!)
Axasha.
Yes, was it an elevator or something moved between worlds?
David G
Yes, conductor 71,
Oh all you film buffs...Batman Begins, great movie, and Sleepy Hollow.
Such a poser ha ha ha
David seriously, it would be a good idea to have a favourite films section and we could break them down by decade, 20's, 30's, 40's and so on, what do you think?
I like it, obviously, what about the others? And we could back before the 1920's.
Love this idea!
Sergio - you could be the voice of experience for the twenties and thirties! You were part of the cinema going public then, weren't you?
Axasha.
Actually Axel Fraoch that is funny, very funny, you are a comedian. It was the 40's!
Ha ha ha Axel Fraoch!
Deeply and, in fact, mortally wounded, I am going off to lick my wounds..I actually hate you all...can you imagine THE FINGER?
Ooh! Ooh! I’m all excited now. We’re going to talk about films like Fritz Lang’s M, and Eisenstein’s Battleship Potemkin! Yay! Knew there was a reason I joined this kollektive!
Axasha.
Yes, it is exciting Axel Fraoch. It is a long while since I wrote essays, but a bit of insight and some analysis should be okay? Don't you think?
David, be honest, you sell ice cream at the Odeon time to own up
Not funny, actually, Axel Fraoch is funnier than you mate. A big compliment Axel Fraoch, I used to think Serge was a scream, but you are just as funny, if not more so.
I’m purely an enthusiastic amateur as far as film studies/cinematography goes!
So long as no members of the kollektive are likely to be offended by my humble opinions (I once made a colleague cry with my less than appreciative review of their favourite film! I didn’t mean to, honest. I honestly don’t think my opinions are any more important than anyone else’s – it’s just fun to debate! Yes?), then let’s do this thing!!!
Axasha.
Yeah, I am certainly up for it. Serge you know we are just kidding you?
Yeah, good idea guys. But like you Axel Fraoch I am an amateur as well.
Doesn't matter I am rusty too, let's just relax and have fun with it.
